We are in the final stages of preparing the 2009 agenda. Here is what we have so far:
- There will be a mix of time defined once we are all together and time that has been pre-planned
- There is likely to be an experiential workshop using Bob Kegan and Lisa Lahey's Overcoming Immunity to Change methodology
- There will be a discussion about the future of ECS and where we go from here
